The power of meditation!

Do you have a daily routine? What’s the first thing you do when you wake up?

 

If you prefer to snooze in the morning.. great! Use this as an opportunity to meditate before you jump out of bed. Besides starting the day with a clear mind, you’ll be surprised how meditation can improve your life:

 

 

 

  • It can help reduce stress which results in less anxiety

  • It increases happiness

  • It promotes emotional health and strengthens your immune system

  • You’ll be more centered and focused in everything you do

  • It will contribute to improved overall well-being

  • It can shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and increases sleep quality

  • It slows aging


When you start, create your own habits:

  • Sitting down in lotus pose, lying down, walking - discover what works for you

  • 10 min, 20 min, even if it’s only 3 minutes - take the time that fits you

  • Early morning, before you go to sleep, after lunch - pick any time of the day

  • Sitting quietly, guided meditation, alone or in a group - try different options

 

Remember, it doesn’t have to be perfect. Just start and find your own unique way.
