Create a happy and positive day by changing your daily habits
Over time we create habits - good or bad - just because we like the routine. We often feel we need to keep up with the latest news, even though the majority of what we read is negative. These habits become part of our comfort zone.
I challenge you to do something different!
Most of us are checking our emails, social media, news etc. from the moment we wake up. Research shows that negative news can have a large impact on our stress levels and our business outcome. We make decisions based on how we feel and think at that moment.
If your mind has been influenced by negative news and demanding emails, your current attitude could negatively affect actions you’ll be taking during the day.
How can we change this habit?

You’ll notice that inspiring others will raise your positive attitude even more.
