We often confuse comfort zone with a good and happy place. Think again..
Comfort zone is what you’ve been doing and used to do for a long time.
Even when it doesn’t give you the outcome that you want.
Are you ready for your challenge?
Make a list of 3 things that you secretly would love to do but keep postponing because.. (fill in the blanks)
Organize your list and put the easiest goal on top.
Ask yourself the following:
What keeps me from taking the first step to achieving this goal?
What do I need to overcome this obstacle?
How would I feel after completing this goal?
Now that you realize you have all the answers, start taking action towards achieving your first goal. This way, you’ll start to build your out-of-comfort-zone muscle.
Enjoy the journey and I bet you can’t wait to focus on your next goal.
Remember.. There is no failure, only growth and feedback.
