Visualize a circle on the floor. Add your favorite color to it.
Now think about your favorite place in the world.. See, feel and hear what makes it so special for you.
Close your eyes, take a deep breath and fully engage with this amazing place.
Slowly step into your circle and let all senses (vision, hearing, smell, feel, taste) merge.
When you are ready, slowly step out and come back to the present moment.
Repeat step 1-5
Take a few more deep breaths and slowly open your eyes.
And there you have it, your own Happy Circle!
